Here is my antique string quilt, finally finished! This picture's colors are not as vivid and vibrant as they are in person. This was taken outside. Inside whole-quilt shots were even worse. I'll try again later. But I was eager to get this posted.
Below are two of my favorite blocks. It was such fun to quilt this. I made a neat label, but I can't get the picture to upload.
If you don't know the history of this quilt, I would encourage you to click on the "string block quilt" under this post to bring up all the posts on it.

Joan, I received a very nice package from you today. Thank you very much. I really didn't expect anything back. I'll have to try those seeds although I'm in pretty much shade all the time when the leaves come out on the trees.
Did anyone find your mistake. I couldn't see any.
this is a lovely quilt..It reminds me of some that my grandmother made...They would not know what to do with all of the gadgets that we use today..But I sure bet that there would be some awesome quilts...

Love the new string quilt. Another A+. Joan, please e-mail me as I've a question about your new ironing board and I cannot get my e-mail to go to you.
Congratulations, Joan! What a beautiful job you did. Truly an heirloom!
It is beautiful! You must be so glad to be finished:)
Wonderful quilt! I went back and read the background on the antique blocks. What a wonderful gift from your family's past.
