This measures 14" square...the first of many. I wanted to do a trial run to see if I liked the piecing process. I like it!!

Ruth said...: I love the block, but don't want to do a whole quilt with all the HSTs. I am trying to decide on a "shirt" quilt for a grandson - it has to be an easy pattern. (I'm vowing to make easy quilts after finishing my Dear Jane quilt - I'm working on the border now). I've been going back and forth on patterns.
