Ruth said...: Really pretty! I doubt that I would be able to find enough pretty leaves here to make one, so I don't think I will do it. I love your LeMoyne stars. I have (in the past) thought about making a small quilt of them. If I do, I think I might do it by the paper piecing method. I really like PP. I have Jo Morton's "Timeless" book and it has detailed instructions for a 4 1/2" star. 5 1/2" would be better in my opinion. Actually, I do like regular hand piecing too - just haven't done any for quite a while.; November 14, 2012 at 5:15 AM
