But I really did when I added Machingers quilter's gloves. The rubbery fingertips really make handling the quilt easier. Then you also feel the difference with the slider. But I really think you need to use both together.Teresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05374651954382654005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6709593576307112526.post-56327836029085820512011-02-17T20:19:19.722-08:002011-02-17T20:19:19.722-08:00Thank you Joan, I have been interested in what you...Thank you Joan, I have been interested in what you would think, sometimes these things are just 'gadgets' and we really don't need them...although they might be just the thing for some!Leeannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17616599642690765779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6709593576307112526.post-74873463936604476262011-02-17T15:48:59.559-08:002011-02-17T15:48:59.559-08:00I keep holding off getting one. Now, I'm glad I didn't.

One thing I did do that you may want to try is I went to Wal-mart and purchased some clear plastic from the fabric department. It is pretty thick. I just cut a small hole in it (like the Supreme Slider has) and it covers my whole tabletop. It is sold by the yard like fabric. A very inexpensive alternative you may want to try.Vivianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14922934463903072607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6709593576307112526.post-66214191076148954372011-02-17T15:23:53.722-08:002011-02-17T15:23:53.722-08:00I purchased a similar product, Sew-Slip, and agree...I purchased a similar product, Sew-Slip, and agree with you totally. I don't use it anymore. I didn't really notice much, if any, improvement. I paid $30 for it too!Ruthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11912222251238739813noreply@blogger.com
